Pricing questions
What counts as an "active user"?
Anyone whose actions in a connected tool Adesion traces — typically anyone on your sales, support, or delivery team. Read-only viewers of Adesion dashboards are not counted.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the change applies immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes, every plan is available at a 15% discount when billed annually. Your account team can switch your billing cycle at any time.
Do you offer a nonprofit or startup discount?
We offer a 20% discount to registered nonprofits and to companies under two years old with fewer than 20 employees. Reach out via the contact page to apply.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains available for export for 30 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted. See our privacy policy for full detail.
